What is the ABA routing number and when do i need it ?

An ABA Routing Number is a 9-digit code that identifies a US bank. It is required only when sending USD to a US-based recipient via ANEXT Flash, as funds may be routed through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network. You do not need one for transfers to Hong Kong or EEA countries. Check with your recipient for their ABA number before initiating a US transfer.

What is ANEXT Flash?

ANEXT Flash is a cross-border transfer service that allows businesses to send USD and EUR to selected countries within 1 working day. Payments are routed via secure local rails in the US, Hong Kong, and Europe, so your recipient receives the full amount* you send.

*Subject to respective local market charging practices. Selected beneficiary banks may levy a separate service fee to your beneficiary.

Which currencies and countries are supported with ANEXT Flash?

ANEXT Flash currently supports:

USD: to Hong Kong, the United States and MYBANK
EUR: to Hong Kong and European Economic Area (EEA) countries
CNH: to MYBANK in China

For transfers to unsupported currencies or countries, SWIFT remains available as an alternative.

What are the cut-off times for same-day transfers for ANEXT Flash?

Transfers initiated before the cut-off are delivered within the same or next working day. Transfers after the cut-off are processed the following working day.

Is FX supported via ANEXT Flash?

You may perform spot FX conversion from supported ANEXT Business Account currencies (SGD, USD, EUR, CNH) into eligible payout currencies and remit the converted amount via ANEXT Flash.

How do I make an overseas transfer, and what currencies are supported?

You can perform overseas transfers via SWIFT from your ANEXT Business Account in CNH, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, KRW, MYR, SGD, THB, and USD.

The daily transfer limit from your ANEXT Business Account for local and/or overseas transactions where no FX conversion is involved, across all payment channels, is $5 million (SGD equivalent).

The daily transaction limit from your ANEXT Business Account for transfers involving spot FX conversions across all payment channels is $1 million (SGD equivalent).

Your account will be debited in the currency in which the transfer is initiated. Please ensure sufficient funds (including any transfer-related fees) are available before initiating the transfer.

What fees apply to overseas transfers?

Enjoy competitive flat fees for outward telegraphic transfers (OTTs) starting from USD 10, SGD 15, CNH 125 or EUR 10 depending on the charge option you select.

You can select from one of the following charge options when performing OTTs without FX (Only for currencies CNH/EUR/SGD/USD that you hold in your ANEXT Business Account). For all other OTTs with FX performed, the charge option will default to ‘SHA’.

How long do overseas transfers take?

OTT via SWIFT typically takes 1 – 5 working days. Do note that if your OTT is made before a weekend or public holiday, the transfer will only be processed on the next working day.

As a regulated financial institution, all transfers made from an ANEXT Business Account are subject to regular reviews and regulatory checks. As part of the checks, we may reach out to you for additional information. These checks are also conducted by the other parties involved such as the intermediary and beneficiary banks, which may result in delays to your OTT.
